When was the last time Shoto won a serious fight?
Boku no Hero Academia
He's never won a serious fight except against Sero and Iida. Even his win against Deku literally required Deku to stall and intentionally choose to fix his problems instead of letting a bit more juice into any of the punches he landed on him.
How does he even have fans? He is so bland and uninteresting.
daddy issues, cool quirk, autism
His only wins are Ilda and Deku
Admit it, he is the best character in the entire manga
there are two best characters and he is one of them
So this is the power of a hero academia fujo....
instead of OFA imagine if Deku had Denki's quirk and had the Quirk progression of Bakugo and Shoto where he trained it to the point to where he could shoot out bolts of lightning and zap Bakugo out of the air or zap through Shoto's Fire/Ice.
strongest hero
He's handsome and bland enough to be shippable with everyone. That's it. Ironically he's the least characterized of the Todorokis
Enji already stole his lead role in the Todoroki plotline and his supposed foil. What's next?
Boring
The villains are losing members from the most caring one to the fuck you, I'm out.
Next to Compress they will lose Spinner.
>supposed foil.
Dabi was never Shoto's foil never will be. The only thing Dabi cares about is daddy's attention and he already lost.
Yeah, it seems like the Todoroki drama is really about Endeavor and Touya, and Shoto is just the plot device to drive them.
>Shouto and Dabi are turning each other into charcoal
>Endeavor completely ignores them and go take a ride in Giga's head.
What was going on here, what did he meant by that?
Pretty boy.
Dabi is the plot device there.
They stopped, so technically it worked
Not even that. They are driven by each other as of now, Shoto is really just a tool to prolong Endeavor's fights and for Dabi to use
I don't think you know what the term means
I guess he was sending Shouto his thoughts and prayers.
It's sample, really. Shouto and Endeavor are actual characters. Dabi is there just to give them and the league development and be evil.
So is Bakugo.
This He is there to push Shoto to be stronger and for endeavor to face his sins and bond more with his family
Cope
It's just Dabi really stole the show on the Todoroki plotline this time - with both iconic lines and lots of cool art. While Shouto was just soaking in both the attacks and the insults.
I refuse to believe this literal who tier character has fanboys
Shoto is so fucking boring and unnecessary. Literally there so we can see Endy trying to suck up to him which makes Endy pretty cute though...
I fucking love the villains in this manga, I'm not afraid to admit it. They're flawed, always in danger, and constantly have to do the unimaginable to get what they want in life. They do a lot of wrong things, but who hasn't done anything wrong in their life? They embrace and admit to what they do, and that's what makes them relatable. You can't say their morally gray, but they're not totally in the dark neither. Morally dark grey is what I'd use. Even their characters are fleshed out. They're as human as it gets. You feel for them when one of them dies (Twice) or is about to (Compress).
They're just incomparable to the heroes in this story who never get any long lasting consequences for their actions, and who are just seen as automatically morally in the right no matter what they do, even if anyone tries to contest it.
Well Twice is dead and Compress seems to be on his way out the door too so guess Shiggy's my favorite living character.
Endeavor gets all the discussion and controversy, Touya has all the mystery and the fucking crazy. Endeavor is the emotional core and Dabi drives the plot.
Fuyumi and Natsuo are supportive and relatable.
Shoto is just kind of quiet and there.
We live in a society
It's legitimately puzzling to me how the villains are the ones who have to constantly overcome insurmountable odds and recover from their lowest moments. Their growth and group dynamic outshines anything the heroes have and I really don't get what Hori's thinking is with them.
>Dabi drives the plot.
He's not tho. The Todo's plot was driven before Dabi was revealed.
I'm getting frustrated by how the villains get the big name deaths and the heroes don't. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way.
And if they do knock down a hero another pops up in their place like a hydra head.
Isn't that what also happened to AFO too? He lost all his companions to All Might end ended up stuck with unhinged doctor.
Ah yes, a week of bullying Shoto. Sure looking forward to that.
