If they release STA refund with the 2 exchange listings at the same time, price will not dump. Two new exchange listings = more reach = more buyers = Refunded sta gets held by original holders or bought up buy new investors if sold.

Not sure why we would dump. A lot of people, like me, already have decent stacks on top of the STA coming from reimbursements. I might not buy more STA with the refund, but I am sure as shit not going to sell. I might pool the other coins and just hold the STA
