Read Shin Angyo Onshi.
Read Shin Angyo Onshi
I did, twice and I'll probably do it again. More people should do so.
I did
Give me a quick rundown and I will read it.
a pretty good korean manga that had potential for a long series but ended abruptly
FPBP
This thing is great.
What are you talking about? It concluded exactly when it had to.
MC is a edge lord who goes back on his agreements and then all the sidecharacters go: "wow MC so smart", he has a ghost body guard retinue that's a blatant rip-off of Fate/Zero assassin and a superpowered autistic mentally challenged girlfriend. And they more or less steamroll all opposition until the main villain starts to interfere with the plot. The villain is a one dimensional evil genie with who has no goals other to cause suffering and do evil stuff.
The art work for the gook book is nice though.
are we talking about the same series?
because the one i read ended abruptly.
I actually plan to reread it. It's a reminder of the time when Korean could actually create a good Manhwa
The main character Munsu is an angyo onshi a goverment agent in disguise who travels around his fallen country stopping corrupt government officials, because of his illness that is deteriorating his body he has to survive purely by his wits. At least that's how it starts, his main goal is seeking revenge.
>he has a ghost body guard retinue that's a blatant rip-off of Fate/Zero assassin
Can't rip something off if you came before it.
It's just magical astma. And after the first chapter he has a his stripper girlfriend to fight all his battles for him whenever his clown posse can't.
Still wondering why did Koreanshills in this board never seems to care or even know about this series. I mean if they really want to shill or brag about their products, at least brag about something good like Shin Angyo Onshi instead of relentlessy trying to force their coomer or wish fullfilment stuffs
one of my most favourite manga despite its flaws. could have gone a lot longer.
Is he the "dirtiest" MC in Manga/Manhwa history ?
>The best of Manhwa are the ones with a dual wielding Gunslinger MC
Interesting
Kinda wish he let his hair loose all the time
i red it all a few years ago.
i think it needs a good adaptions asap.
Got some bad but lots of good elements, like Magi.
weirdly i remember almost nothing of the plot...
I just finished it recently. Aji Tae and Munsu were fucking great. Everything ended when it felt right. Are there any other manhwa or manga with MC's like Munsu and villains as good as Aji Tae? Please say yes.
If I recall Shin Angyo Onshi actually has a webtoon version
What the final battle was 2 volumes long.
The only thing that could have been longer was showing the other generals fight, as well as that hermit master.
And I guess maybe another fight of his blonde disciple
>tfw it turns out his summons can fight whatever he wants them too he just vowed they wouldn't fight monsters again
It's just Korean Berserk
Yeah, all the more reason for nowadays Koreanshills to at least mention it
Berserk is just medieval Devilman.
>Korean Berserk
>It actually ended unlike Berserk or 90% of Korean Manhwa
>or 90% of Korean Manhwa
Isn't that just lim dal young being a fag and leaving shit unfinished all the time?
Well, where are the promised Veritas part II, The Breaker Season 3 and New chapter of Ragnarok now ?
Yes.
Character doesn't really physically fight themselves. Instead they fight by controlling a retinue of puppets, clones, robots, beasts, lolis, demons, spirits, mind-control slaves, etc...
>let me tell you why this idea was ripped off of a contemporary anime
