You use a program called tachiyomi, android only sadly, no easy way to do it on PC, you can check the page source but it's very confusing since each page shows up multiple times

I downloaded Tachiyomi on my phone and ripped the chapter using that, then connected my phone to my PC and check the pages for any spreads to stitch in Paint.net, then post them. I have an app on my phone to stitch pages too if I'm feeling lazy and don't want to get up to do it manually.
