Wow japanese fans are vocal about the new season and they are not happy. They're discontented with the way the MAPPA animation is going and the whole cgi effects. I guess they were holding out hope for a different studio, but same art style route. There's even a petition that's garnered thousands of signatures to have the art style changed. Obviously that wont happen but it shows how unhappy they are

CSM and SnK teams will be different. If I had to take a guess I'd say the teams are allocated from best to worst as follows:
1) CSM - possibly a passion project. Every twitter artist/animator and their mother has produced some sort of CSM fan work so they could be hired as freelancers. Lots of big names in manga, animation and gaming have given a shoutout to the series. Short and sweet, possible long-runner with Part 2 coming soon.
2) JJK - The next big long runner akin to MHA, BC etc. It's the first season so will be relatively high quality to draw in new fans.
3) SnK - fanbase growth is saturated, manga is about to end so less potential to draw in new fans in the long run.
