Try interacting with real people, brainlet. People in real life don't "change their relationship dynamic," or "develop" into anything over the course of several months.
The story features a high schooler that doesn't want to inherit the family candy store business and wants to become a mangaka. Except he sucks at manga and excels at running the store. Suddenly a candy empire heiress comes into his life, he hangs out with her plus his usual circle, meets a couple of new people, time passes until his school ends and he has to choose his future career for real - and he chooses to stop being a faggot and go work for the girl at her candy startup.
That's a more compelling and nuanced coming-of-age story than any of the juvenile trash you rated 10/10 on your MAL, child, you just aren't mentally developed enough to appreciate it.
