I don't think we should get a flashback about Ace right now. It would be better to have it in the post war arc while Luffy, Tama and Yamato have a moment together.
Nami and Usopp resume their fights with Ulti and Paypay. Robin goes to Black Maria, Sanji fights Queen. King blocks Marco/Zoro, Kidd/Killer and Luffy. Zoro fights King to open the path to Kaido. The rest arrive on top at the same time with BM and see all the RS half dead. Marco tries to heal them. Jack is awake and Killer confronts him. Luffy, BM, Kidd and Kaido have a face off.

We start with Yamato and Ace flashback which takes up 1/3 of the chapter. Luffy meets up with Kidd and Killer on the 5th floor. Marco attempts to take Zoro, Robin and Brook up to the top floor but is blocked by King and Queen which leads to Zoro and Queen clashing and Marco and King. Robin and Brook end up on the same level as Zoro. Luffy, Kidd and Killer see Jack who gets up to stop them but Luffy Gear 4, Kong Guns Jack straight through the door to the roof and the chapter ends.

I think there was this theory about black maria using puppet so what we see wan't her full transformation rather puppets so i have theory sanji will fight puppets and get out of the mess and fight queen or king meanwhile robin can take black maria since black maria is spider they have 8 limbs whereas robin has countless jinbe uses water attack who's who is cat releated cats hate water so there is that i think with this we can find connection for zoro and sanji fight

Big Mom has been complaining about not having enough souls recently, the samurai have strong spirits that she will want to use as Homies, and the Red Scabbards are probably defenseless after their brawl with Kaido. Big Mom is going to try to take their souls.
Kid might show up with Killer around the same time as Big Mom, but he won't want to waste his strength protecting the Scabbards, he wants revenge on Kaido, so he'll ignore the samurai and Big Mom.
Luffy is about to make it to the roof, but he's probably going to be forced into a fight with Big Mom to keep her from taking the souls of the Red Scabbard. And this will probably be the do or die moment when Luffy masters Ryuō. (this was the situation Hyōgorō was trying to set up in Udon before)

Following the trend started in 998, I suspect 999 will setup King/Queen's 1v1s (I think Jack's done until Act 4).
I can see the chapter being split into 2 parts. The first will be a 3-6 page flashback of Yamato and Ace, showing the initial bits of their friendship and how they met. It'll likely end with Ace encountering King/Queen on Onigashima, and Oda will use this to segue to the two calamities in the present.
We jump to the base of the skull where Marco is getting ready to carry Zoro, Robin, and Brook up the roof. Queen notices this and decides enough's enough and transforms into his Brachio form. He jumps and attacks Marco with a Brachio Bomber. Marco dodges but because of the extra weight he's carrying, Robin and Brook get scrapped by the blow and fall on the third floor. Queen jumps up to meet them and in the scuffle, Brook ends up escaping while Robin meets up with Sanji and the two switch opponents. Now we have Robin vs Black Maria, and Sanji vs Queen.
Back in the air, King is intercepting Marco and preventing him from getting Zoro to the top. Together, they do a sick tag team attack against King and Marco throws Zoro up to the hole. King recovers though and grabs Zoro, throwing him into a wall. King vs Marco is now established.
On the fifth floor, Luffy is telling Kid to wait. Kid and Killer are being impatient but Luffy's saying they're still missing a few before they can reach the top of the skull. In walks up Law (who just encountered Brook offpanel and told him to take over the search for the Road Poneglyph). With the threesome gathered, Kid berates Luffy and states he's going up to fight Kaido. Luffy just smirks and says now they're finally ready.
Chapter ends on the roof of the dome with Big Mom talking to Kaido. They talk about the fallen samurai and Kaido remarks that they made for a good warm up for what's coming. Finish with a double-page spread with the 2 emperors in the background, staring down Kid, Killer, Law, Luffy, and Zoro.

Marco is going to bring brook up to big mom and he will call her young lady. Then luffy is going to take off brooks head and wear it as a helmet and coat brooks head in armament Haki to make it black. The chapter will end with Gear 5 Afro luffy reverse Condom mode. Then chapter 1000 big mom will die from shock cause she’s never seen a condom in her life and kaido and gear 5 Afro luffy reverse Condom mode will have the best fight in all of fictional history.

If Jack is gonna show up once more, it's gonna be a Blueno-like foddershow just to clarify how truly Rufy compares to below-Yonkou's characters in his upcoming final battle with the strongest pirate.
I've always thought Jack would be Jinbei material, until he was toyed by sulongs Inu-Neko which fairly showed he's level, even if off paneled.
By now he's still a threat nonetheless but not one which need any more powerscaling so, he can be used as Rufy powerscaling instead.

How this'll happen? Marco starts to fly up with Brook, Zoro and Robin. King tries to interrupt them, because of that, Robin will crash into the third floor right next to Sanji. Through the hole in the wall, Sanji sees Marco, Zoro and Brook and will sky walk right after them, after Robin announces, that she'll take this fight. Rest is self explanatory.
Chapter ends with all 6 of the above mentioned fighters at the roof in front of Kaido and Big Mom. The Scabbards are all bloody and half dead at the ground. End of Act 3. Close the curtains.

3-4 pages of Ace flashback, then back to Wano where some of the chaos gets resolved and matchups are finalized. Luffy gets to the top and Kaido says something ominous to him, possibly pertaining to Ace. End of act 3. Chapter 1000 reveals important information about Imu sama and the details of what happened at the Reverie. I really hope the dismissed Shichibukai hunt doesn't get off screened.

I think:
Pages 2-5(since page 1 is the cover): Ace and Yamato flashback.
Page 6-10: current situation of Nami, Usopp and Tama as well as the current state of Carrot and Wanda vs Perospero.
Pages 11-12: at the top of the dome we see Big Mom and Kaido talking about the old times. We get a hint of who might betray who in the future.
Pages 13-till the second to last page: Luffy and Kid find each other in the 5th floor, they are stopped by Jack and another number. They both defeat Jack and the Number pretty easily.
Last page: Luffy and Kid arrive at the top of the dome but we don't see the current situation, we just see Luffy's face in shock(obviously because of the Scabbards).
If I had to put money on what I truly think will become true I'd just say Luffy and Kid running into each other, the rest I really really doubt but it would be nice.

We get the start of/part of the Ace Flashback, we've been given a position for all of the major players/fighters so it makes sense to shift away now.
My Prediction of the flashback is that Yamato stopped Ace from attacking Kaido, because it's someone else's destiny to defeat him.
Updated Predictions from last time:
Marco will fly Zoro and Robin up, but King will attack them. Zoro and Robin land on the higher up floors. (Marco v.s King)
Queen orders everyone on the floor to kill Apoo & Chopper, and to retake the virus. He leaps to the main floor, X-Drake moves to meet him (Drake v.s Queen)
Robin and Zoro land on the higher floors, Robin saves Sanji. (Robin v.s Black Maria, Zoro joins Luffy against Kaido & Big Mom)
Jack has stood back up and is guarding the door, Sanji & Luffy attack him in revenge for Zou. Sanji promises to defeat him so Luffy can continue. (Sanji v.s Jack)
Perospero enters the Main Stage running from Carrot and Wanda as he's not interested in fighting them and wants to protect Big Mom from Kaido (Perospero v.s Carrot & Wanda)
Brook v.s Apoo happens somehow, fight is based around Apoo being a traitor and Brook not betraying Laboon despite dying.
