This was the first harem manga I followed as it was serializing, so it felt kinda weird just having a route for everyone. Still, I'm glad I got to see both Uruka and Mafuyu win. Easily the best girls, those two.

The hate for Asumi's surgery part feels overblown. I mean sure, drama isn't the series' strong point, but it works in this case. It fits in with the theme of her route: she's an up-and-coming doctor who's still having difficulties in her practice and lacks confidence. The surgery helped her overcome that while at the same time affirming her love for Nariyuki.

If there's any real flaw to the route, it's how Teruaki's relationship with Soujirou was never brought up or even foreshadowed before, unlike say even JKfuyu and moeboy since we know Teruaki was JKfuyu's teacher and thus her and Nariyuki meeting always seemed plausible. Maybe the Teruaki-Soujirou thing should have been brought up much earlier, if not during Asumi's introduction then maybe during the Kasumi arc.

I don't see how that would be a flaw. Contrary to what many believe Chekhov's Gun to be, there is no rule in writing that says that everything needs to be foreshadowed or that reader need to be able to expect things to happen.
Soujiro also gave a reason for why he never told Nariyuki, whether people find that convincing or not.
The only issue that would potentially leave is that Asumi is being a bit autistic with her not coming clean to either Nariyuki or Soujiro about the whole thing, but Characters not acting 100% rationally or like a reader believes he would is not an objective weakness either. And the same people who have a problem with Asumi's irrationality in this case don't have that problem when their favourite girl acts in an irrational fashion.
