here's the gist of the coin, should shill itself decently enough
each rsr is a right to the rsv token and you can buy rsv tokens under the peg while it's trading above the peg.

for example. right now rsv is trading at 1.58 in the open market but if you owned rsr and there was an excess of rsv collected in the smart contract then your rsr would give you access to the excess rsv at the price of $1 per rsv, even though it would be trading at 58 cents above the $1 peg.

think of it like a seesaw. price of rsv goes up and so rsr demand goes up as people buy rsr to trade it for rsv in order to take advantage of the arbitrage but at the same time this happens the rsr that's used is burned and removed from circulation by the smart contract and so the demand for rsr goes up again as the scarcity increases and so people are willing to pay slightly more for rsr in order to once again benefit from rsv arbitrage and so on.

over time this will bring the price of rsr much higher than the price of rsv and so you will benefit from buying rsr while it's under $1 since more rsr will be burned early on during it's life cycle.

after $1 it's anyone's guess but as the MC for rsv increases so does the demand and burn rate for rsr and theoretically speaking you could see rsr break $50-100 usd given enough time and a high enough marketcap for rsv people will be willing to pay more money for each rsr since it will take less and less rsr to buy more rsv.

And on top of this we have YCombinator and Peter Thiel as investors.
