>From Denmark
>Have to pay 52% in taxes on my link gains
Someone help pls. It's not that i don't want to contribute to society but god damn i'm gonna cry if i have to give away 52%.
From Denmark
Renounce your citizenship and move to Malta.
you should be happy to live in a well functioning state that cares for its citizens, OP. you barely even need to "make it".
Wait a bit and cashing out will involve trading Link for 'Denmark ERC20 Token'
>>Have to pay 52% in taxes on my link gains
>paying taxes on capital gains
Imagine living in such a cucked country
Just double your make it amount. Not a difficult task for link

Just be glad you live in the most based country on earth
Move to Portugal, as an EU citizen you're free to do that and they don't have taxes on crypto (you'll still pay income tax I think)
>be American
>only have to pay 15% taxes
>fall down staircase
>need surgery
>go broke
How the fuck? In sweden it's only 30% in capital gain
Mentally ill
>misspells Japan
Malta too yeah, but no need to renounce citizenship I think? The US is the exception, most countries let you pay your taxes locally
I'm in the Netherlands, no capital gains here. Just send them to me and ill cash out for you
>functional homogeneous society that gives out big neetbux
I'd pay 52% of my stinkies to get that
In the same boat user, I'm a link millionaire and I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than give over €300k to my gubbermint.
>tfw not german where you pay no gains if you held the asset a year before selling, and the autobahn for your lambo.
My current plan is to keep at least 10k for staking and live off the passive income, banks won't notice if you cash out in small amounts. But buying a house will be a problem. May have to just bite the bullet and pay CGT for that.
whew
does crypto count as income as well as capital gains for Americans?
>projection from ameriburger brainwashed with lolbertarianism

0tax in belgium if you let it sit for at least a year and dont swing.

Hold and go on the lam.
You can order pizzas in any country with bitcoin.
you'd have to be a brain dead to live in a coyntry with 52% capital gains tax, move to another one
Kys
Wait, really? I'm in Belgium and I've spent all day reading up on this stuff. I thought zero tax only applies if it's a 'normal management of private assets' thing and basically any volatile asset doesn't count. Otherwise 33% tax. And I didn't read anything about the one year thing.
loyensloeff.com
in germany 0% if you hold it 1 year.
Norway has 24% only but has wealth tax.
Worth it for actual mountains though.
unless you get a lot out of it... i guess dumb ameriburgers wouldn't understand
cope with your shitty society
Only if you earn income from staking, OR sell appreciated assets within 1 year. Holding for longer than a year means they're long term capital gains and are taxed at that rate.
I'm not 100% sure but for stocks, qualified dividends count not as income but capital gains if you've held for more than year. same might be true of crypto.
YUP german chads rise up
Transfer your coins to a new wallet, and tell the government that you were hacked. Pay gains tax on the current value of ChainLink. Then move to S.E.A and slowly cash out via stable coins, and BTC atms.
Kys you bootlicking cuck
>move to US state with no capital gains tax
>Wait for Trump to relax capital gains tax
>pay no taxes on my linkies

me on the right
Not when you bought it with other crypto, Its mor like 25-33%.
couldnt you buy gold or watches with bitcoin from websites like bitdials and then flip/launder them via shops to dodge tax or am i retarded

Potato man here.
If I get a job and move to Germany for a year, if I cash out my stinkies am I subject to German CGT or my home country?
Would unironically consider it
Shouldn't matter, if you're disposing the asset straight from LINK->EUR. As long as you have the etherscan to show you've held it for more than a year you should be all good.
Lmfao wow.
how so? never read about it. some coins are impossible to buy without other coins.
t.retard who has never set foot in Europe
holy shit bro how much SUTER to move there now!!!
And you don't pay income tax either? Because if your income taxes is 30% you're paying 30%
>t. ameriburger who has actually never been to europe, projecting
Try to cash outside of your country. Eastern europeans might have a workaround if you know who to bribe.
