Im not saying vitalik was dumb, i just think in hindsight he under estimated. I think sergey VC experiences helped him alot.

i often think about this too and ive come to the conclusion that based money skelly was just trying to say that its hard to argue that the ico cap of 32m was WAY undervalued. as in its hard to argue 10 cents a link was a fair price -- it should have been more.
