I don't have the screenshot on me right now, but it says in the white paper that anything you do OUTSIDE the court can have an impact on the ruling. Just make sure no one knows what views you hold in private or the stuff you've done in the past, it may cause the Devs to overturn and rule the case against your favor and confiscate your wallet for breaking the rules (as arbitrarily decided by the SJW devs). Funnily enough there is no way to appeal this decision in kleros court itself.
