Haven't seen any time weighted proposals yet, but I'd be all for that stipulation. I delegated 96 right around when you did. All I've seen so far proposed is a 2x multiplier on the 160k delegated, along with a proportional split of an additional 1M YAM minted specifically for this purpose.

They're not asking for money, they're asking for a delegation of voting power.
1 YAM = 1 vote and the team found a bug in the rebase contract. To fix the bug, they needed to reach quorum vote to deploy a fix, in this case 1.6M YAM vote delegations.
Everyone still has their YAM in their own wallets, they just delegated their vote to the team so the team can deploy the fix.
