I was planning to move out of my car into a small apartment at ¥10M but now I am afraid because the price is going to dump and I won't be able to afford payment. So I think I am delaying it until ¥50M and I'll sell 1000 link then so that I can live off that for a year or two

I kind of agree, although 84% of my holdings are in btc, eth and link which are safe and profitable bets imo, this was my portfolio 9 days ago, made a nice profit gambling on uniswap. Smaller holdings are for 3x - 4x. Ive also got my btc on long leveraged positions so exposure is bigger than portfolio.

I have been living in my car since summer of 2018 when I first learn about link. It is hard to get money in my area so to save money I got out of my lease and just live in the Honda civic my dad left me when he passed. its good since I don't have any payments to make and gets good gas mileage. Once I cash out for the first time at ¥10000 per link then I am thinking about getting a new toyota corolla since I've never had a new car and am not good at mechanic issues

It's a good idea but we know that ((( they ))) will not let go of their power and money and, I hate to say it, but XRP seems to be what they want.
Keeping your portfolio in mind, I would XLM->XRP
Personally I would get some Monero as just by looking at the soft cap and the daily volume, you'd know that it's another safe bet. It's one of those coins that are actually being used.

A van is too expensive the payments would be similar to getting an apartment and gas would be more than I pay now
