If you really need an explanation listen - a dev made a presale at 0.11$ then announced an open sale at the price of 0.13$ but instead he (first srm uniswap transaction at the time when nobody except dev had it) put ETH and serum at the rate of 2.4$ per 1 srm. Basically he intentionally inflated a cost by 30x which means as soon as even a small part of presale is unlocked it will crash the price toward its initial level - not the mention if the price somehow will grow the value of presale will multiply itself by x30. Tl dr - its a scam in its purest form.
