Explain PNK. Get us on board

Look, I might buy some PNK but I'm definitely not as sold as I was with LINK in 2017.

Some questions.

1. Jurors are expected to actually take time to study the case they are to decide upon. How much is a juror expected to get paid for his diligent work?

2. The whole point of lawyers and judges is to translate into convincing human language what is otherwise a jungle of laws and regulations, and to guide this process according to the law. That's the reason you don't just put to parties in front of each other with a jury and no judges or lawyers. How does PNK solve this?

3. Given 1 and 2, If this whole process of decentralized deciding costs actual money (and not a little bit at that, given you have to pay jurors good money to get good judgment) why not just skip the decentralization part and go to actual court where you can at least be certain that a lawyer will milk the law in your favor for all it's got?

4. How do you make sure jurors don't just pick whatever option without actually studying the case much?

4.1 Saying that your staked tokens will be penalized if you vote against the majority is not a satisfying answer here, because then you'll get into Reddit practices where every sub becomes an echo chamber because everyone is scared to speak his own truth if he expects it will get him downvotes.

>How much is a juror expected to get paid for his diligent work?
Depends on the price of ETH, PNK, and the number of jurors on the case. I got about $60 from case 302.

PNK does not deal with law. It is for contract arbitration. This is frequently done by PRIVATE arbitration firms in meatspace, because theyre faster and more efficient than actual legal courts. Read any arbitration clause of any contract ever

See above.

You lose your stake. But I don’t think you understand how expensive the stake is in technical courts.

Read the white paper and shut the fuck up.
