ToB gets burned everytime it reaches a new ATH. This is done every 12 hours, if no new ATH is reached, the target is set halfway between ATH and the current price at time of that 12 hour interval. The trading pair is ToB/ XAMP. Now XAMP is burned as it loses value, thus aiming to restore value. As in XAMP can really only become truly valuable/ scare by hhaving a dog shit chart.
You have to buy XAMP to buy ToB though. The whole is wild and the msot fun I've had in the past year or so in crypto.
