Arbitration of smart contracts through jurors. Jurors are selected through their selected interests (if the smart contract is about gay sex, expert faggots will be the juror pool). Staking of PNK is used to enter the jurror pool, and also this escrow of PNK is used to penalized bad jurors. The jurors then receive a fee for arbitrating. There's an appeals system too.

You are missing what kleros will provide. Their focus is proof of person AND arbitration. You can say you only want jurors from x jurisdiction or above x age. Hell, you will literally be able to request jurors with law degrees if you are willing to pay the premium.
It is not just an oracle network and arbitration network, it is a system which creates trust in the blockchain space. Once you have proof-of-person the possibilities are endless.

well if there is more adoption the value of PNK will rise in relation to ETH won't it

a) smart contracts which automatically deal with funds
b) unironically social credit style system which records the case on your proof-of-person history and lessons the likelihood of less work coming to you in the future, be that translation, graphic design, whatever.

c) centralised companies will probably never go with a decentralised option. But as the decentralised world expands, kleros will provide the key part to having trust in that network.
