I’m seeing a lot of people posting about panic attack so I’m back to educate you and newfags.

I got fixed from a whole host of mental health issues including de-realization and depersonalization brought on by anxiety/ digestive issues and panick attacks. One month I was suicidal and the next month I was more or less 100%

Went to New Mexico to do somatic experiencing by Peter Levine, DIDNT WORK. Then I did the overlapping TRE exercises by David bercelli and this shit was magic.

Bercelli figured out that wild animals in the wild never have long lasting effects of stress and anxiety after being attacked by predators because they instantly tremor out the stress after getting away. And then go back to grazing 2 mins later like nothing ever happened.

He also figured out while in bomb shelters in 3rd world countries that the kids would shake but the adults wouldn’t when bombs went off. Because we have been culturally conditioned to think shaking is weakness and the adults would go on to develop PTSD and the kids wouldn’t.

Mental health problems aren’t in your head. It is stress and trauma stored in your body. So all these cops and vets killing themselves are doing so because their nervous system is out of whack and TRE resets it.

Main exercise is lie on ground put bottoms of your feet together with legs in a crab position and then raise your knees up a few inches and your legs will start to involuntarily tremor like your in an exorcism. And that is stress and trauma discharging from your body.

Other main exercises is lie on ground in the position like your going to do a sit up. Put the insides of your feet together, knees together too.... then move your knees outward from one another 1-10 inches and find the sweet spot where you start tremoring and shaking

These aren’t really exercises because you body does it themselves.

a lot of these issues can be resolved by eating nutritious food
your gut bacteria is actually a critical part of your mental health
also doing physical exercise and having a lot of touch and affection from your spouse is great
for example, sometimes to de-compress I have my wife draw me a bath and lather me down
feels good to float in the water and be pampered by my wife
reading good books is great and watching good media can be helpful

Would any exercise that makes you shake work as well? I like to do the bow (google elliot hulse bow) and planks make my shake like crasy aswell

Yes, correct. And drinking your urine fixes all that. I wasn’t constipated as fuck the ear my part of last year before the real mental health shit started kicking in. Went down a deep rabbit hole on urine therapy and it all makes sense. Urine isn’t waste but filtered blood that has all the enzymes, amino acids, minerals, salts, vitamins, antibodies and stem cells your body needs to heal. So one night i drank a half glass of my urine and the next morning I was shutting my brains out. Kept doing it an my candida infection went away

Other animals don't drink their own piss tho right? No offense but that just sounds kind of retarded. Surely urine gets released for a reason - because it's waste.

If the whole logic is just to get the body to shake and tremor than I can just do whatever exercise I want to achieve that right? I do the bow every now and then to get the shakes out and wake up the body so I am wondering whether or not these TRE exercises would add anything.

Not only that I had a really bad tooth infection that was spreading to my cheek. Something bad was happening... and any other person would have went to the dentist, root canal type shit I’m sure whatever it was happening to me.
