no, you have to stake in multiples of 100. if you try to stake 100153 for example, your gas fee will be ridiculous for some reason. so you have to stake 100100 and keep the 53 in your metamask wallet.

I don't know what to tell you if you don't understand what "multiples of 100" means. Not trying to be rude. Stake exactly 15000 if you have that much. Or round to the nearest number that ends in 00. Is that clearer?
