Gold is already around it's all time high. Silver has a long way to go to reach $50. With the money printers going brrr the way they do at the moment there's no reason to think both metals won't reach ATH and beyond. Also since silver is used up in industry there's less of it in bullion form.

The vast majority (>80%) of silver mined is consumed for industrial use, while for gold that number is closer to 20%. In a situation where metals are re-monetized, silver investment demand competes more heavily with silver industrial use than gold investment demand competes with gold industrial use. This means the potential upside on silver is much higher, if that scenario were to play out.
