You will want to create a MetaMask wallet and put ETH into it. However much RSR you plan plus gas
Go to Uniswap and connect your wallet. It should detect it automatically.
Go to etherscan, and get RSR's OFFICIAL contract address and paste it in the search and click RSR when it loads.
Swap ETH for RSR.
Confirm
May take a while cause of the network load right now
Once it's a success, go to metamask, scroll down a bit and click the "Add Token" button. Paste in RSR's contract address and add.
You should now see your RSR balance

Huobi’s good, had zero issues and I’ve purchased >1m RSR from them, though some people have said they were freezing funds (most likely to do with lack of KYC and large purchases). My purchases were staggered and the largest was ~400k and never had to worry about kyc
