I'm not talking to the whales that kave 1M and loosing it would induce suicide but normal investors still trying to make it, dont come with some esoteric paper aluminium wallet shit

Flesh wallet

Trust and coinbase exchange

Soo coinbase is okay? I don't understand shit and everything seems kinda assumed

alphabet soup

Uncircumcised niggers be like

Im using coinbase but someone taught me how to use uniswap and metamask which you can use to buy newer cryptos with moon potential. Its a good starter but the fees are driving me up the fucking wall.

never store your coins on an exchange, it's fucking retarded and one of the oldest rules of crypto
store them on a desktop wallet or get a hardware one, back up the keys yourself; if you don't have the keys, you don't own the coins

Is metamask not a desktop wallet or am i just retarded?

Ledger is the way

Nano s ledger a good one?

A trezor is like $30, a ledger $50. Now that link has done so well, I have one of each to be safe, assets split between the two.

it's a browser extension. it's secure but not as secure as getting geth and keeping funds locked away on that with your keys stored offline
get the newer ledger nano, it's worth it since it can do more, but yeah they're great considering your shit isn't stored on a running machine
>t. ledger nano s since launch

if you pay 60 dollars for a overpiced usb you should just kill yourself

dont keep coins in an exchange (coinbase wallet is fine) and just dont give out your 10 word pass phrase

>if you pay 60 dollars for a overpiced usb you should just kill yourself
if you aren't okay with paying $60 to store thousands of dollars then you're a literal retard

What? No I meant my butthole, faggot. I store them in my butthole.

Is Atomic wallet OK?

I understand. For a small inversion coinbase wallet seems to do it

I trust Coinbase with my 10k link

it could be, but i've been in crypto since the early days so i have turbo autism and would rather install individual wallets for each coin so that each coin remains independent and secure from the rest

Is coinbase wallet really any good?

I’m pretty Comfy with the Coinbase wallet and for your noobs that don’t know; that is not the same as the Coinbase account. You have your own keys etc. For now that will do. It also works with Unicuck to buy those rare shitcoin gems.

Just memorise your privates keys retard

that makes sense. I am only holding three different coins so that would be easy. thanks user

if you have a safe home, write down wallet seeds/keys so there's a paper backup to them, or if you're going to store keys on your computer, go full autism and learn steganography
>tfw you can hide an encrypted wallet seed inside an image on your computer

t. Actual retard poorfag

ok but muh crypto usb stick

most people either use coinbase/metamask, metamask is better for uniswap because its built right into the browser, you can also use coinbaseses integrated browser and just click "authorize/complete" when you want to complete a txn. 2 prob largest and best known wallets so they shouldnt hav any internal security failures

I do have a safe home and keeping keys on paper might be a good excuse as any to buy a safe

perfect, then; don't listen to brainlet newfags that say leaving coins on an exchange is safe, there have been some insane bugs and hacks in crypto in the past and people have lost what would now be a fucking stupid amount of money because of it

what's considerably worrying is that it has been a while since a major exchange was hacked, so i'd say we're due for one soon, whether it's a shitcoin exchange or big one

I still remember mt. gox although I did not invest in bitcoin back then because I am fucking retarded

I purchased various coins recently and moved them right off coinbase

trust wallet

i had an account with mt gox, but i dodged the fucking nuke by storing my coins on bitcoin core, in fact, i've managed to come out relatively safe from every major breach
>cryptsy
>mintpal
>bitfinex
>mt gox
at the most i lost a few satoshis of shitcoins, dust basically; the concept of not keeping your coins on an exchange or wallet you don't actually own was drilled into my mind from the start

also forgot to mention btc-e

Coinbase is insured

doesn't matter, the reason for crypto existing was to place money into the hands of its owner, not relying on a central authority or bank to look after it
