they're very overextended compared to the average price they've been trading at for the past 2 days, i don't plan on holding it overnight though and am trading relatively small to experiment. it should work in theory and return to the mean but even if it doesn't im not too worried about losing some money. im already way up on my SGMO short today anyways so no big deal either way, im actually curious to see a day when i get burned by trading this way and a stock just goes up forever or something. i'll increase my position at 4 and 6 SD's so it's definitely got some room, but usually the higher they go the lower they fall.
im trying to experiment both with quiet stocks and also with stocks that have some sort of news or at least big move in one direction. if it keeps working through the month i'll start increasing my risk tolerance but currently im just trying to gather data using real money.
