why don't you become an underwater welder for 120k a year salary?
Why don't you become an underwater welder for 120k a year salary?
sounds pretty dangerous desu senpai
destroys your body
because i don't want to die
This.
Micro bends
Thought about it actually, (I'm a really strong swimmer, can scuba and can weld but don't have a ticket) but lots of welders die young from cancer so I didn't pull the trigger. Now I work in a statistically much more dangerous field making less money.
Such is life
yeah I'd rather not be liquefied as my body is pressure vacuumed through a 30cm hole
Because I'm already a Math PhD.
300k starting.
You're like ants to me.
>goyim wreck your body by the time you are 40 for some cash! dont you want to wageslave literally to death making me profits??!!
yeah no mr goldberg ill just hodl my link thank you very much
Because my welding is shit and im afraid of water, rather gambling with retards on shitcoins
120k is low for that risk
Heard this story before, fucking horrific.
>You're like ants to me
your contributions to the field will be meaningless, ergo you failed
Check out saturation diving and the byford dolphin incident
Lmao I couldn’t survive on $120k
Because I make that as an engineer that gets to work from home
>15% death rate
>dying for Mr goldberg
No thanks, bro
I went to CDA dont do it. Even with a $30k DCBC card you have to tend hose for years making $15 an hour just get a chance to dive.
sounds like cope for being poor
Because I fucked up my ears while eaqualizing during the course and now I have tinnitus. Thanks diving
Its a 5 year job. Its literally that taxing on your body and health. Nothing is worth more than the one body you have.
Delta P
Aren't big sharks attracted to flashing/shiny things? Imagine welding your little seam and being all satisfied with, the next thing you know you're in the mouth of a great white getting murdered. Fuck that
Wouldn't all the water go in the pipeline and ruin it?
damn i feel bad for that crab :/
>circumcised
Yeah, fuck it
cause robots can do it
>Tide comes in
>Pushes boat against the dock crushing your body instantly
This is why it's a 10% mortality rate
i met one in real life
he said he was making like 30k/month sometimes
only issue is
>your life expectancy decreases by alot when you do it (i think 5-10 years or something, maybe more, someone confirm)
why do welders die from cancer?
also he could only do it for 10 years or something because his body got so deteriorated
but he's pretty much retired now, and said he goes hunting for chewbacca (no joke)
Looked it up, Jesus Christ. I don't think I can post the body pic they found on Zig Forums but you can find it pretty easily if you're interested
As an ex welder trust me you dont wan to do it log term, started at 20 and luckily got out at 23. sure its good money short term but the health impacts it has on you just isnt worth it.
