The "bad refund" happend today, I mean, they injected STA into many wallets (you can verify it on their twitter), and that obviously should made the coin less valuable, but instead the coin didn't had a big dump on its price (I was nervous as fuck, I was expecting 0.15 but we only hitted 0.19), and now we are pretty bullish, we avoided a big dump, we got a Youtuber talking good about the project and the next refund should reinforce the trust on the project, and of course, if there is more trust, the price should go up, and this incoming refund it'll be in another coin, so STA supply will not be affected, and you cna only expect an increment in the demand
