Whats a realistic moon mission target for CLIS assuming it gets uplisted and the robin hodlers can buy it 6-12 months from now?

CLIS getting uplisted would mean somehow CLIS got well past a dollar. (I believe NASDAQ requires $4). So at that point, a GNUS scenario just occured.

$6-8, if it holds maybe $12 after a few months
