Help me out please

Unironically Infowars products changed my life. Nascent Iodine makes me cool as a cucumber. PQQ and CoQ10 help with my crippling caffeine addiction heart damage. Vitamin Mineral Fusion fills in the gaps. Then I get a full nights rest to be unstoppable.

>Infowars products
wtf is this?

Heroine

trash as sold (not dosed w enough actives), but if you research the individual ingredients you may find success

what are you a fucking pussy?
do acid, die, be born anew
or smoke weed like a faggot

Compared to the Naturemade and Spring Valley alternatives at the big box stores (typically sourced in China with fuckloads of carcinogens that dont meet California Cancer Prop regs) they have 3x-10x the power with no bad shit. Its just overpriced by like 30%.

ashw makes you care about nothing really. takes a month to kik in tho, DYOR on lithium orotate

Its called diet, exercise and breaking out of your comfort zone. I have bad panic attacks, like physically I shake and my heart rate races to 200bpm+. There's a good chance it might kill me one day.

I flew to Japan solo and stayed out there for 2 weeks. Never flew, never traveled out of the US, barely know Japanese. My anxiety is now much more manageable. Go fucking throw yourself into a tough situation and overcome it. Your anxiety will improve, I promise.

>Heroine
yep probably... I don't know why eroin is better at modulating social anxiety than serotoninergigs

any explaination?

>what are you a fucking pussy?
My brain is settled in this way. Is not totally my fault

>. takes a month to kik in tho
Not really.... I feel it from the first day

Do supplements bought online have carcinogic inside them?

If you turn your faucet on and the sink fills with water overflowing on to the floor. Do you throw towels on the floor or mop it up?

YOU TURN OFF THE FUCKING FAUCET, RETARD.

take it, can't explain, you have to feel how it is to lay your mind at ease.

Kratom is addictive and will make your anxiety a million times worse in the long run. Acutely it makes anxiety worse, and chronically the functional lifestyle problems it creates as an addictive fix you need every 2-4 hours amplifies any affective problems you might already have.

Ashwagandha is basically an Indian variety of Ginseng. It has a truly facemelting array of benefits in terms of rejuvenation, immune function, anticancer effect, and massive cognitive/affective benefits.

Kratom is for degenerates mostly because it's obvious that it's working because it's very intoxicating; its effect is not subtle. Ashwagandha and Ginseng are patrician because they are very hard to notice working ("transparent effect") but in the long run will improve your quality of life greatly. That is, as long as you are actively working to improve yourself and your behavior. No drugs works if you are just expecting to take it and for it to take over and make everything better.

Use heroin bro, trust me. KEK

Learn Psychology and Body Language, as soon as you feel prepared hard shock your mind with social interactions for a month, tie yourself to a high energy extrovert and try to keep up. I did this once in my life as a naturally complete loner and introvert and I still don't like being around people but i wreck every extrovert into the ground in most social situations now, except clubs with like 300 people in it, that's really just too uncomfortable for me. Go through that phase literally once in your life and you won't have social anxiety again, if you are dedicated to studying psychology and human behavior you can even become better than your extrovert friends. The only disadvantage that is permanent is that extroverts get energy from social interactions while introverts lose energy in social interactions, generally speaking.

You're not seriously considering this?

To be clear: kratom feels great but its effect is very harmful ultimately. Lots of people lose hair because of it, it is toxic to your liver even tho there are long term users who don't have issues with that, its opioidergic effects suppress your HPTA axis (testosterone, fertility), and it is super fucking addictive and the withdrawal messes with your wellbeing greatly and is particularly long-lived. But people think it's good for them because it helped them kick PAWS from heroin use or because it's a plant (it's *NATURAL*) or because they feel good taking it when they're a naive user. FYI you build a tolerance to it 5-7 after days.

Ok but most people don't lose hair from it. 99%+ of people have no problems with their liver. It does cause you to secrete prolactin in the short term which does mess with sex hormones, but that goes away within 24-48 hours after use. Some people get addicted to it. Some people can get addicted to food, too. Withdrawals from kratom only affect very heavy users or those prone to withdrawals symptoms

almost all supplements are useless and have at best not-negative effects on you. if you go placebo controlled trials you'll see they are
useless. vitamins and mineral supplements are typically harmful, they are not in their natural form when taken in pill form. same with
meditation etc. are all uselless when true placebo controlled trials

psychology has nothing to do with something like panic disorders etc. anxiety which are often autism spectrum disorders, neurological and you can see even in brain scans people with
disorders have physically different brain activity or structure. would to tell a schizhophrenic 'just stop hallucinating! use your mind!'

Psilocybin

Just don't do too much / often of that ..
creates holes in brain

>implying knowing the ins and outs of human behavior doesn't lower anxiety because of "muh brain structure"

transcendental meditation

Google anecdotal reports of hair loss from kratom and you'll find a lot of people talking about it. Most of what I'm saying is only applicable to continuous, chronic users. Even among them, hair loss can easily occur that's hard to notice as first it's only hair shaft thinning, then it's hair shedding with failure to regrow, which in turn has to reach a critical volume where it's creating a cosmetically apparent effect for people to notice it as hair loss. This is why a lot of men don't notice MPB until it's actually pretty advanced into its process. Plus it's known that chronically elevated prolactin and also Substance P, the receptor for which is colocated on the mu-opioid receptor and is a large part of any opiate's effect, has a well known clinically significant role in hair loss.

Also stating that withdrawal occurs only in heavy users or people "who are disposed to it" is a frankly ridiculous statement you can't really back up with anything. As an opioid it does have a mechanism that helps reset the mu opioid receptor better than pharma opiates and it's also an NMDA antagonist which prevents symptoms of tolerance--- this all sounds great but actually it means that when you do develop a tolerance, which even light users do after 5 days of use, it takes a long time to restore your opioidergic system to a naive state. Much like with methadone which has similar MOR-resetting benefits

This isn't true.
>t. kratom user for 4 years.
I still have my hair, I'm mid 30s.
I fuck my gf on the weekends, but coom to anime girls daily. I also workout every other day.

I use Kratom when making my positions because it calms you the fuck down. It makes you chill and able to see things very clearly. It decreases my anxiety heavily. I prepare it as a tea most days, if it's been a really really really shit day then I will take it directly.

I get mine from mitragaia
