I'm not trying to fud, but what is the utility of the coin other than as a payment method for their blockchain action product? Yes, users who pay with PRQ get a discount, and yes a portion of each purchase is held for 5 years to incentivize long term support, but that's it. No normal person will ever shell out $400 a month for this service meaning the userbase will be small.
