Not really. They did dump, but it was like 20 mil on a $700 m MC coin. If people didn't panic sell, it would have stayed afloat, but everyone decided to bail over the next day or so. It was due for a big correction, and they just pushed it over that tipping point

We had practically a month solid of positive rebase and a parabolic growth in MC fuelled by pure FOMO and ignorance over what positive rebases actually were (the amount of people who genuinely believed they were getting X% compound interest daily out of nowhere was staggering).

It just wasn't sustainable, and supply way outstripped demand. This narrative that 'the team and VC crashed the price by dumping' is a fallacy.

Go look at the 30 day market cap charts. We've hit the bottom of the contraction cycle and we are going back up, giving everyone a fantastic position to enter at a low market cap for the next expansion.

The first pump cycle is going to be interesting. Many who have held through the dip are going to be waiting for $2 and then they'll just dump their bags. Swinging ampl is going to be slightly different this time around, especially with them trying to lock in a lot more in the geyser with their new incentives.
