They become a UNI pool token, then when you remove liquidity on uniswap with these tokens you get a mixture of ZZZ and Eth back

Yeah just tab over on uniswap to pool, search for zzz and eth combo, click sign and remove. I'd hold onto the token though, I've sold both UNI and NAPs early and regretted it later when devs announce the now regular "oh yeah those are worth 2x now and you can stake them for a 800% multiplier on your pools in the money printer lol"

Claim rewards in uniswap and it gets sent to your wallet separated. You can trade the ETH for ZZZ and add to your staked amount if you want but it seems like devs want to make incentives to not remove liquidity so I'm keeping my UNI for whatever they come up with.
