exposure is the only cure to anxiety. go to the mall and talk to at least one salesman 3 times a week. have them explain/describe an item to you, then say no thanks, do a 360, and walk away. go to the bathroom and wait until another person uses a urinal, then go use the one next to them.
do this for 3 months and you'll never have anxiety again.

Careful though they both are very addictive and tolerance will build.

Yes if you are low energy and really really need something to amp you up and focus just start cycling an hgh precursor and working out. Being a methed out skelly will do you no good.
