Don't actually know what they do just bought cause was cheap (@32c) and in the hundos a few years back

it's a CF regulation though and they have the option to terminate it sometime in October is they don't raise more than 10k. It's a small offering compared to the 1st one and these shares are restricted so you can't trade them for a year so they won't affect the float.

The company is raised around $1 million during the second one mainly for working capital requirements

most penny stocks have that pattern user usually due to dilution and splits, sorry to burst your bubble
