>benzinga.com/news/20/08/17212067/teslas-battery-day-invite-reveals-potential-clue-of-whats-to-come >Tesla Inc's (NASDAQ: TSLA) investor and battery day, which is expected to show battery technology breakthroughs, is scheduled for Sept. 22. Tesla recently updated investors on the layout of the event with a new link on the company's website, detailing the day starting with an investor update, followed immediately by a presentation about progress on battery technology. >The background of the lead image used on the page gives hints to what Tesla is looking to present when it comes to battery updates. The image represents some type of carbon nanotube or silicon nanowire. >A company working on a similar technology, Amprius, explains that this technology has a much higher energy density than currently used batteries, meaning a lighter battery can hold even more charge. This could lead to cars with significant weight reductions, while keeping a similar range, or even being able to go farther than electric vehicles sold today. >Benzinga's Take: If Tesla has this type of technology ready for large scale production, it will change the electric vehicle scene overnight. The energy density of this technology could be so high, it could even enable fully electric planes, something CEO Elon Musk has talked about in the past. >Whatever we see on battery day, it's sure to be an exciting time for all electric vehicles. >Related Links: >Morgan Stanley Goes All-In On Tesla Battery Day, Upgrades Stock >Analyst Raises Tesla Bull-Case Target To $3,500, Sees $35 EPS Potential In China Alone

INVEST IN MACHINE LEARNING AND ASSOCIATED STOCKS THAT BENEFIT OR UTILIZE
Can someone explain what has caused Tesla's paraboner since the Rona dip? Have been beating them with my industrials for four years and then WHAM! Wtf happened?
Rumors have it that silver will skyrocket because of this new Battery Technology, I'm not an engineer, so I don't understand why would you plate anything with silver molecules in that thing, but yeah. Maybe selling TSLA should not be an option for the next 10 years, it could surprise everyone yet. All they need is that new Battery Tech and an affordable car. Yeah, these people are fucking dumb, you don't buy the tip of the ATH when it pumped non stop for so long, still, they'll be fine in a week or two. Unless they sold at the bottom.
>Show us the puts now. You think you're clever sneaking it in and reverse psychologing it into our heads don't you lol imagine being this mad at stock market memes on an anime based finance board fuck off, faggot

>selling before the split even happens >selling AAPL ever in the first place

so, i have about $450k now. i am wondering. should i just buy and hold some tech, bluechips, tesla, tqqq. or go 100% cash, and find once in a month, some mooning stock that goes 100%+ in the span of a week or two or so. so like just one solid trade per month, for 10-30% gains, potentially more, and set stop losses at -2% to -5%. i have found multiple things per month that went 20%+, and traded all of them, but only with like $10k per trade. so what i'm thinking is: buy and hold tqqq, and set up my terminal to buy and sell my entire portfolio at a click. when i don't find anything or can't be bothered, it just sits. then whenever i find a play, i can sell everything and go all in on the mooning stock i find in just a few seconds. anyone here has a similar strategy already maybe?

is it better to sell weekly puts or monthly puts?

I've got 5k in right now but can't liquidize anything till Friday FUCK
Justin Diaz
What stock to go all in? I never diversify.

WE'RE GOING TO THE MOON! AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO MARS!!!
It doesn't matter. Xom cop oxy psx it's all the same shit with different financial and operational leverages. All three sectors of the business are depressed too but I'd buy integrated or pure play drilling
How long you wanna hold them? A month? Then Tesla. More than a year? Apple. More than 10 years? Both.

the only ones getting fucked are the ones panic selling instead of holding at least until a couple of days before battery day. at least 2 days, honestly for me probably on that thursday since sept 22nd is on a tuesday. tutes historically like to take profits on friday or the day just before an event so you want to be a bit ahead of them in anticipation.

>tfw had half of my portfolio on RKT
>tfw sold it at $20
>its now touching $30 and I will never recover from this mishap
How so? With that kind of cash you could have $10,000 a month coming in without selling anything
Dominic Hill
>up 0.9% today in my boomer TFSA >up 1.38% in my zoomer personal account I actually fucking love having separate boomer and zoomer accounts. My investing thesis for the boomer account exists. My investing thesis for the zoomer account is chasing gains with meme stocks and leverage.
Imagine being so retarded you don't know what dividend yields are or do lmao. It would be 10k per YEAR.
Carter Butler
NOOOOOO!!!!! THE DJI GOING TO 28K+ IS GOOD!!!! NOOOOO YOU CAN'T SAY THAT THIS IS UNSUSTAINABLE!!!! YOU'RE BRAINWASHING US!!!!!!!! fuck off fag

NAIL and LL. Ignore the rest.

My boomer portfolio is still growth stocks, but it's actual companies. Not like, dividend boomer.
My zoomer account right now is 40% HQU, 50% WKHS, 10% biomemes
Elon Musk has LITERALLY been redpilling us all for years and nobody listened. We are all in a simulation, he controls it, that's why Tesla only goes up.
lol nope. Even with high yield he couldn't get more than 5% reliably. Anything beyond that is companies that cut dividends for a year on a minor dip, or companies that go under within the next 3 months.
why the fuck am I making 2k a day? when a dumbass like me can average this much you know this market is retarded.
Hudson Hernandez
Ding ding ding! How did everyone do today? I'm up .86%, okay day. Purchased BMRN (large style), gonna wait for a green day then flip a covvie on it. GLD limit order has not hit, crash already!!!! SPX clears all time high with solid open above Friday's value area, range extension and VA extension up, and closed above day's VA! MOC heavy to buy, all systems are go, we BULLE
They're for different theses and have different properties. NAIL is leveraged home/construction-related. Just put money in and forget about it, same as SOXL or TQQQ, but unlike those last two, be ready to sell at the opportune time. It works on cycles and supercycles that you need to understand to get best results. Currently it's in a strong uptrend and could be yielding you 3 years' worth of TQQQ gains in just a year, but then it will dump a little and then crab for years. LL is a lumber play and includes the hurricane thesis as well as home renovation craze thesis.
Hudson Green
I tried my best ;(
William Johnson
im unironically just going to go all in on AAPL at this point, fuck it
Bearish or bullish doesn't matter. HEU seems to have a predictable crab. I plan to dump it when it pumps close to the upper bollinger band. And repeat the process if it dumps back to the moving average.
Where do people track their stocks? I want to have a dashboard of pretty charts to look at. A linux desktop application would be preferable but a website would be ok too.
Brayden Perry
would have done better if I had bought the real dip instead of the fake dip
Up 1.46%. Sold aapl near eod, waited a little, and went back in on a longer expiration. Sold my silver miners for TQQQ (they were up 75% total but starting to dump). Got some LL, too. Hopefully I'm gonna make it.
Yes. A second crash is definitely coming.
Kevin Martin
Guys when you're doing the "buy the dip" strategy how do you know if it's going to be a big dipper or a littler dipper?
Cameron Jackson
I posted this earlier but I did pretty good. rate my progress from last week when I started pls
Anyone else notice how green today was for CARR and FSLR? A solar panel meme and an air conditioning company both went up 3% today. That's way better than QQQ, even beating TQQQ today.
Asher Johnson

Oliver Carter
Up 9.4%, pretty good day thanks in large part to DPST and DFEN. Just need 2 more days like today to be at my all time high again.
Isaiah Richardson
Why would I have puts?
Adam Richardson
EXTREMELY comfy +6.59% today! SHLL went to the moon and took me along for the ride, JPM and RL were /dointhangs/, and everything else was good. Didn't make any moves today but I'm dumping JPM as soon as it's a profit and buying something that isn't boomer trash. My portfolio also crossed +50% YTD and stayed there! Hopefully the rug pull tomorrow isn't too big.
That AAPL/TSLA dump was expected, sold my TSLA at almost the top and bought some at the dip, I'll buy more if it dips again before the split. NOT SELLING MY APPLES THO, JEWS CAN'T HAVE THEM
Jack Reyes
I mostly look at bollinger bands on a daily chart.
