I think a ban is illegal in western countries, also in Australia. Monero software is open source and falls under free speech laws. Moreover monero is fully complient to the AML/KYC rules. In request the wallet owner may generate a view key to expose all his transactions to the authorities.
But the spying w/o a case has to end.

Easiest way to convert USD to XMR as a burger? I thought Kraken would work but they don't support residents of my state. Don't care about KYC, purchasing as investment only.
