Empire has fallen, WhiteHouse is the new de facto king of DNMs. Could we be more comfy?
The daily general is for supporters of the cypherpunk ideology to hang and help noobs learn about Monero, the most fungible cryptocurrency. A cypherpunk is any activist advocating widespread use of strong cryptography and privacy-enhancing technologies as a route to social and political change.
We believe that Monero is the logical continuation of Bitcoin because it offers superior privacy, leading the way to many potential use cases. Discussion points include rising Dark Net adoption, news articles about Monero, daily transaction totals, and new technology updates to the Monero project.
Moonboy posting is discouraged, however price speculation and TA is fine.
Not OP, but the most reliable prediction I can give is for BTC/XMR ratio. We will hit 0.01 by the end of the year. The USD value depends on BTC behavior, crypto adoption, and US monetary policy.

Sorry I only buy Zcash

Sure empire has fallen? Even tho sev and melbs left dread. Could they be trying to find a way around the ddos attacks? What info you got that makes it a guarantee?
Christopher Nguyen
Ok then make a zcash thread
Charles Williams
I want my 0.2 xmr in escrow back, hell pissed
Connor Roberts
couldn't have said it better myself.
there are too many unknown variables to make a prediction with any kind of accuracy about any crypto project, but I am inclined to believe that monero's value will slowly and steadily climb for a long time to come.
John Myers
There are no guarantees in life or crypto, but the general community consensus is that Empire has fallen (as all DNMs do- such is the nature of the criminal ecosystem).
Ethan Gray
even if it hasn't people are already moving to other markets which either use monero exclusively or endorse it much more than empire did
Jason Cruz
zec is a cuck coin. You're RC cola. Doesn't mean there isn't necessarily good money to be made there, but there's only one king of privacy.
Lincoln Russell
Sadly moneros multisig is still not user friendly.
MOON WHEN? jk, do you guys think the current BTC dip will push XMR near 50$? I wanna buy more
Michael Torres
the education around privacy is horrible, actually its just non existent-literally, just non figuratively you can not even imagine an ounce of effort in school would go in into this, so there needs to come some online courses for online privacy
Adrian Smith
There will be "education around privacy" soon enough in the form of a dystopian tech-surveillance state desu.
True, but it's the next biggest with the next widest selection. Plus it requires xmr+pgp so even if it's busted the people using it are at almost no risk, which is appealing to paranoid druglords.
If you don't post in these monero threads I miss you buddy

Keep fighting the good fight.

>Illegal miners will be a problem dumb brainlet >No smart contracts good, smart contracts are a meme for centralised shitcoins
Jaxson Lee
>Illegal miners will be a problem How is this a problem? Law is whatever the state wants it to be and has no reflection on morality or justice. Dictatorships farm bitcoin as is, and that hasn't devalued it, but Monero is at least completely anonymous even if they do. >Have to rely on a middleman to not fuck you over It's literally cash dumbass. If you throw it into a fire and watch it burn, that's your fault.
Samuel Nelson
What about monopoly market
Jace Russell
No. Different use cases. BTC store-of-value, XMR privacy and complete fungibility (IE true digital cash), ETH smart contracts and the "oil" of the future digital economy.
The holy trinity is the chad portfolio.
Colton Cruz
Google feather. It’s an upcoming open source light wallet that had multisig
