Yeah, chart is based on the "hydra" vaporware, of which they've written 0 lines of code so far. Multiple things to be solved before that, so don't expect that in the next few years. By then, all this will be dinosaur tech.

Raiden will be 2 months tops I’m in the Raiden group and can already do swaps with BTC/wETH so it works now. Just the Raiden client needs fully integrating into the wallet is all that needs to be done now so the hard part of getting it to work is already done.
