Since lockdown I’ve actually lost about 15 pounds and maintained about the same amount of muscle over the course of 4 months now. About 1 pound a week. I’m still working a job as a developer and WFH so my life is still very sedimentary.
I haven’t drank alcohol in weeks. But I am still smoking a ton of pot, but I’ve always smoked a lot of pot. The lockdown gave me a chance to cook at home and eat healthy, and I’m happy to see the effects now

Don’t be a pussy and confine yourself to modern effeminate fitness routines. P90X only works for fatasses who were barely moving before doing the program. It’s just an hour and a half of cardio. Lifting weights is what really makes a man strong, not air squats and burpees.
