AMA. I managed to lose $2270 amassed in three weeks by getting lucky with FLOW, ORBI and PRQ. I tried to chase pump and dumps, now I'm only left with 0.7 ETH.
I want to kill myself for being stupid, my longest hold was unironically 6 days with FLOW. How the fuck do I stop myself from chasing pumps, uniswap presales and such? How does one learn to be patient and invest in something they believe in? I've seen people saying XCM will pull a x10 in the following days. I want to put all I've left in it but I don't even know what it is. Help me please I thought I was good at this thing but it turns out I was merely gambling

But I don't really know how to read charts, I got lucky with FLOW, ORBI and PRQ by sort of trying to read the sentiment in the threads made here. If they were full of people that didn't look like they browsed Zig Forums or when they felt too enthusiastic for me that's when I considered to sell, and turns out I was right to do so with FLOW and Orbicular. As for PRQ I thought it would eventually retrace at 20 cents so I sold. If RSR is a pump and dump it's a pretty shitty one. I would head to their website and read their white paper, but their longterm plan is pretty spelled out "get on every exchange and gradually raise the value of the token from .02 cents to 3 dollars in the next several years".
I guess it's possible it's a long-con where they make their coin worth millions before mass dumping, but that would still allow user to get out before it reaches its peak- and it's very far from the peak at this point, it's basically where link was at this time several years ago so it's not very valuable except in large quantities.
Also it got pumped from .021 to .029 before it was listed on binance and has fallen from .028 to .024 over the 3 days since then, so it's not like a meteoric moonshot and then catastrophic crash to zero.

user, I like anime girls as much as you do, I'm sure. The key is to find good projects, put however much you are willing to lose into them, and hold them for months or years. If you find a new project that you like, you put new fiat into it, not sell a coin to transfer in. Then, you'll have a nice portfolio that will undoubtedly moon eventually. But know that these have to be good coins, not shit PnDs like FLOW.

That's what I've been telling myself to cope. But it still hurts, I managed to acquire two months of minimal wage in three weeks doing almost nothing other than half-heartedly read websites and whitepapers, clicking and buying/selling according on the sentiment I could extract from threads made here.
