we might be green tomorrow and here i wanted top hop on a red day
10% OTM calls 2-4 weeks out. They're cheap but don't buy more than 1 or 2 of them at a time. TQQQ will be the fastest gains but that's super leveraged. Don't listen to boomers, it's free money. Refresh your calls every other day by selling them and buying them back. These are fairly cheap.
There's no efficient and cost effective way to get there right now so it's a big pot of nothing
Gabriel Miller
Options noob here, but how does selling and rebuying your calls refresh anything? I understand that there's depreciation that happens but shouldn't all of them be the same since they're the same contract? Sounds almost like a video game to me.
just gives you more buying power but it depends on how big your initial position is I call this double dipping and it's only a worthwhile strat if you sell during a consolidation and the trend continues upwards
Brody Foster
Imo the goal is to gradually buy options a week or 2 out, further and further. It's good to sell to readjust the price to be more in line with where you think it might go.
Options are ONLY a gamble if you go all in. It's fine, don't listen to boomers. Just be smart about things and pay attention to decay. Even if TQQQ crashes like it did in March, it will eventually recover a few months later. Stocks only go up.
If you're concerned about a crash, just put $100 into SQQQ shares. They'll likely lose all value but in the unlikely event of another crash, you'll have something to fall back on.

Do you think trump is grooming jpow for president for 2024? I feel like going into long calls is the play

Shit I'm in heavy and the mood here is sooooooo bullish
Cramer says sell some big tech or something on today's monologue. Anyone getting a bit spooped?
I have literally zero stops, I think I need to majorly reduce my holdings. Simplify.
TQQQ, SOXL, FNGU, AGQ, UVXY, TMF? With stops mostly?
God i fucking wish. I hate averaging in at these prices and I'm too pussy to actually wait for a dip.

>redditors showing 100000x gains >every normie I know is talking about """stonks""" >grandpa asking what tesla is I don't know if this is a generational wealth transfer or literally the top, someone hold my hands.
Colton Garcia
>Cramer says sell some big tech or something on today's monologue what was his reasoning for this?

There's apparently a decent correction coming, I'd say wait until that comes in a few days and then buy. It might be tomorrow but don't FOMO your way into a big loss because it wasn't tomorrow
Robert Gonzalez
>lot of talk about double dip recessions >REPUBLICANS TO PROPOSE SMALLER RELIEF PACKAGE >GEX fuckin crashed just a few days ago, not unlike what happened before the feb crash
...bros? I got a bad feeling.
Jaxson Thomas
It's not that. It's just that Boomers tend to be more risk averse and scared of options. If you're only putting 10% of your port in at any time, I genuinely don't see a downside as long as you're moderately smart.
Brayden Nguyen
Just research future plays and set buy limits so when your order executes you'll know you bought the dip, then sell the stock the next day or hold it
Levi Brown
Pretty much don’t be a pig and protect your gains. Go buy a sweater.
I take that to mean you’re supposed to sell it and then buy that stock you just cringe over not owning.
