I just stocked $DOT recently, meanwhile I recently came across this $Phr project, they seem to be hitting a lot about this sharding architecture of theirs and recently they announced that Defi will be included in what the hope to work on, I'm not sure how they want to achieve that.

Ye its already on mainnet, has decentralized oracles running(!) on it, and is being developed by the community. It tries to achieve the same as Syntethic Network, but its only more decentralized and with much lower fees (0.001 fixed fee per transaction, period).
