I have over $250k in Crypto but I can't cash out!

Hi biz, I live in a third world shit hole country, where bitcoin is illegal and people could end up in jail for transacting with it. I now have over $250k in BTC and other coins, but I can only cash out small amount, so my bank wouldn't suspect anything. I don't know what to do and where to go. Also my passport is shit, I would need a visa to travel to almost any country. Also taxation is something that I've been thinking about a lot. I don't want to go to a country where they would take 30% of my money or shit like that. $250k maybe nothing for some whales here. But it's so much money to me, and it took me so much time to make.
