>gain 50 fucking pounds during COVID

Gain 50 fucking pounds during COVID
Hey me too
Count yourself,lucky bro, I lost £10000
I've gained 25lbs so far
Had a conference call for the first time with the office last week since March and everyone looked like death.
I gained 20 nothing to do but sit at home getting drunk or high every night watching BLM protests.
Everyone getting nice and fat and stupid just like (((they))) want.
gained 7 pounds and dropped 3 since the gym opened in june, I'll probably drop 20 now since I stopped drinking booze.
How do you people get so fat?
honestly how? I sit in my room all day shitposting and go for an ~hour walk every 2-3 days or so just to keep the blood flowing. I've stayed around 165 indefinitely at 5'10. How are you such a fat sack of dogshit? You have to TRY to gain 50 lbs dude.
Made 1 Million on Link and gained about 30lbs. My body type is EXACTLY like Wojak... makes me laff.
i know this may floor you user, but people have different genetics and reactions to caloric intake
Alternate day fasting thank me later
Fair at least I’m up $50k too.
>how
BED and antidepressants. I should honestly switch to hard drugs just to not be fat.
Jokes on you OP.
I have been Hill Jogging and sprinting every two days.
As well as doing Calisthenics with Push up burpees and Pull ups.
You can make a token that pretends it can solve something and somehow trigger the fourth industrial revolution
You took my money ya bastard!
You should get right into dips if you can do them, they BTFO push ups.
Open an onlyfans and cater to people who have a fat/weight gain fetish.
people also have varying levels of self control and propensity toward gluttony. but fat people rarely will admit this. if they accepted it, it would help.
The industrial revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for my waistline.
metabolism is fat people cope, there is a lot less variance than you think there is
I still need to lose about 10-15 more pounds before i can start doing more Pull ups and Dips.
I always try to keep pace with recovery and intensity.
Oh I’m very aware that it’s my “fault”/a mental health problem and not my body magically defying thermodynamics. I think most people are unless they’re legitimately dumb.
I have lost a lot of weight but even when I am constantly at a calorie deficit I don't lose weight and even eating slightly more I will gain a couple pounds
Only put on like 5, but still feel like shit. This needs to end soon.
Maybe it's all those spiders you eat in your sleep
>Make a YouTube channel where you call out every other content creator on literally everything.
>Become infamous.
>When you start gaining traction make a series where you lose weight.
>Start calling out fat people.
I don't know what it is the only way I can actually lose weight is not eating for three days at a time
That fatjak is way too real.
But it matters more than you might think, even a couple hundred calories difference makes a huge difference over time.
Have you checked if all your organs are actually running? Cos I can tell from these posts your brain sure af isn't
...
Consistency is good, though I never timed my rests while doing calisthenics. If you're super weak on a workout, like you can only do 4 dips, try doing as many reps as possible (AMRAP) once an hour for like a whole day. I broke a few barriers doing that.
Chin ups are also good for bicep building, do some of those too for bigger arms. They chould be easier than pull ups when you get the hang of em.
I've not gained much weight but gained considerable fat and now I have stretch marks around my thighs because officially a thicc boi
