2030 might be the time when all the major corporations are fully utilizing smartcontracts. That means LINK at $50k+. In the meantime, DeFi is growing, decentralised insurance is probably starting. On DeFi alone, LINK can go to $1k+. Just give it a year or 2. Remember that future speculation gets priced in as well so if you got govs and corporations saying that in 3 years they will be launching the smartcontracts powered by Chainlink, then it doesn't matter that it will happen in 3 years since the price will take that into account almost immediately. Just look at fucking TSLA. It's all about future potential.
