chainlink acquired DECO (ari juels involved cornell project). DECO is offering the capability to keep data private while being verified by nodes. they launched chainlink labs, which is going to add lots more transparency on the research side of things overall. its run by ari. The last roundtable with andre from YFI and stani from AAVE was the best part i think, they explain how integral link has been to their projects already. Big takeaway also for me was just how consequential and small the defi applications of link are. All chainlink does right now is basically provide decentralized oracle data surrounding price feeds, and even JUST doing that its sparked this massive new Defi boom. imagine whats going to happen when we can start tapping into the basically limitless world of important data that could be useful on chain. we're just getting started bros. if youre selling right now or fudding like OP, youre seriously a fuckin mong, big time.
