Oh, come on. Just in the past week, they had their open beta launch, got watchtowers up and running, and got high praise for their work from the Raiden devs despite being snubbed by the rest of the industry for ages.

Have you paid any attention to the fud? They know every little detail about the project, down to random irrelevant messages in discord. How? Because it's a dedicated discord group of xsn holders fudding with whatever they can so they can accumulate cheap.
There's not much outside hype because it's still very early, and the project hasn't started any marketing. They're working on the actual product first.

The only thing I'd like to add towards you thinking it's sketchy is that I think XSN's perception is presently a battle between 3 years of hardcore development and substance on no ICO vs. a simple lack of regard or interest from industry leaders who promote go-nowhere copy-pastes of it instead.

actually for me it's the grammar/spelling mistakes everywhere. fair enough some of them have been sorted out since i bought in, but would for sure put non autistic buyers off. also the 3 different stakenet logos. following masternode instructions from a 2 year old video. low render images on the landing page for stakenet.io and out of date whitepaper shit like that. all a little offputting.

i could go into more things, like the nonchalant answers about the future in discord, yankee not being succinct with stuff. how masternodes will play out etc etc, but it'll come across as fud, as all discussions come off in xsn threads.

like i said, good luck in the future. but i'll just leave this for now.

Stakenet has a particularly large German/Swiss, Dutch, and Danish following to it. I'm one of the Americans.
The logo, iirc, was changed a 3rd time last year after the community gave some feedback on it. I wasn't too fond of the older ones personally, but the one it has now looks great.
There are certainly a few things that could use a refresher. Parts of the website and certain socials. All funds basically went to development. Thanks for the feedback honestly.
