California to Iowa

Should I sell my $700,000 in California and buy several cheap houses in dying Midwestern towns?

No you fucking retard jesus

>my
don't you mean your grandad's

Yes

Nope its in my name.

I want to maximize my potentiality.

Literally kys if you do that

>yeah dude I’ll just do over there what ruined the place I came from

SoCal native here, fuck all career real estate ‘flippers’

What should I do with the California house then?

Keep it and die in it, as a mid westerner the entire part of the country is absolutely awful, hence all the alcoholics

I could afford to buy a building for my business and several houses. I could never do that in California.

California is a low trust Nightmare and rents are going up.

Woah user, you never said anything about business in opening statement, absolutely makes sense then, as you should! Good luck

And FAS trump voters

I want neighbors that speak English.

of course. California is dying, not midwestern towns. Midwestern towns are booming because every liberal cuck from cali and new york is moving there now after the riots and corona and taxes

>as a mid westerner the entire part of the country is absolutely awful, hence all the alcoholics

i live in michigan and i have a job that takes me to all sorts of mid-large midwest towns.

this place is a goddamn nightmare, with pockets of cool stuff that has managed to not get nigged or oxy'd into oblivion. Every town is basically the same. Every strip mall has the same shit, every town has the same strip malls. And the main mall has the same stuff. And the airports are the same. And on and on. Its all flat, everyone is fat and either stupid nice (like, theyre stupid so theyre nice by default) or outright sour. No one is actually happy, everyone is just existing and getting by.

We are so dumb I cant hardly stand it anymore

Yes

then theres this fuckin guy living in lala land. How hard was it to learn to ride unicorns? Did the leprechauns make good teachers?

user I grew up in California. Lived there until I was 20. When you leave you realize it’s a meme.
You sound like you know what you’re doing. Yes you should do it.

The only thing I really have going for me in California is that I inherited my parents property tax rate so it's extremely low for a $700,000 house. But it's not nice here and it's getting worse every year.

sure thing bud, do you need any opioids or are you good for the month?

sounds awful. I cannot imagine, I'm sure those places were a lot more interesting 100-125 years ago

let the Coasties come to the midwest and bring us cool shit. i was born and raised in illinois (downstate away from chicago) and the coolest businesses in my hometown were started by out of staters
he's right though. plenty of coasties are moving to the midwest and further out west due to what he mentioned. real estate values are going up in the midwest and down on the coasts. will this last forever? who knows but it will most likely continue until everyone who plans to move to work from home does so

I went back to Michigan two years ago and it was really refreshing to not see any Mexicans for a few days.

california is beautiful but the people have made it a shithole. go where it's cheaper. why the fuck do you want to go to iowa though? why not move to tennessee or texas like the rest of the californians

they'll speak english but itll be the tard variant that lacks words longer than 5 letters or 3 syllables and they'll spout trumpisms at you when they think you have more than a HS education. when it comes to michigan, there are pockets of decency but i imagine its the same in cali, so why go all the way across the country for that.

i guess youd get a fuck ton more house for the money. ann arbor is kind of nice. royal oak. northville. grosse point farms. joliet. north chicago (forget the name, on the shore) madison area is nice too. i like st paul.

but man. idk. you like snow?

Mendo/trinity is a good place for that

What he said is true, you retarded cock sucker

I can imagine how boring you are
>Muh opioids
>Heh not like my city which is infested with niggers and all drugs, not just opioids

Fucking troglodyte

maybe you dont know what booming means

>calls me retarded
>has seen maybe 2 midwest towns, ive seen literally hundreds
k

Do it. We need more liberals here. Get Iowa to swing.

California issue aside why the fuck do biz fags as soon as they make some money think to put it into the most normie investments like real estate? So cringe.

>why not move to tennessee or texas I don't like Texans and the weather stinks. Tennessee is a bit too South for me.

Most people leaving california are doing it because they hate the backwards politics of this state and the people in it. This is why I am migrating the fuck out. The spics, nogs and sodomites voted for this, not me.

>Tennessee is a bit too South for me.
stay in california you limp wristed faggot

Probably because most are zoomers and millennial here and are at an age where people want to buy a house and start a family?

I'm picking dying Midwestern towns out in the prairie somewhere because I don't want urbanization to ever expand to where I am.

in that case the midwest is a pretty safe bet. people here are nice. maybe not the smartest people on earth but the midwest is a quaint and peaceful place
