Most retarded mistake of my life: I accidentally made a purchase of over 8,000$ of a coin on CB. This happened because I was checking prices of something between a task and when I had my hand in my pocket this somehow happened! I freaked out and sold it for USD for a loss of a few hundred due to the fees and while panicking trying to withdrawal it back to my account (which I couldn’t do anyways since it isn’t accessible till SEPT 3rd I found out in the transaction email) I additionally deposited another 8,000 from my bank....
SO NOW I HAVE 16000 in my Coinbase account but NOT ENOUGH IN MY BANK TO COVER THIS.
What the fuck do I do? I’m freaking out. I called my bank and they said they could either block the payments but that would cause my Coinbase to be locked (I have coins in my wallet there) so I thought it might be best to let it try and process and be rejected and pay the overdraft fee.. Should I just have them block it instead?
I have been emailing Coinbase customer service but I believe I am getting automated replies each time!
