I am a young brilliant student who will soon be attending the Lang school of business at the University of Guelph. I have been reading Forbes, The Economist, real estate mags, and other business related material for years as well as reading top economist books. Dopamine challenge, I used to be basically ADHD and then I did a dopamine challenge so
no music, no phone, no jerking off, no daydreaming, no tasty food like salts or sugars, no alcohol, no social media, no weed, nothing that can stimulate the dopamine censors beyond the basics like eating a carrot or something healthy.
I did this for a month and it lowered my standards for what’s interesting by allowing my dopamine receptors to come back. Afterwards I could focus 100% more on school and not drift out of focus.
