np i've never used goybase in my life but if there are advanced options where you can manually set the nonce, send a 0 eth tx to yourself with the same nonce as the stuck tx (in this case 3) and a >200 gwei gas price, this will clear the stuck tx and probably save you the majority of your tx fees.

try to learn how the tech works instead of relying on some shitty new york (((regulated exchange))) to manage your transactions for you
